ABSTRACT AND PAPER DETAILS

\r\n\r\n

Abstract and paper must include, in the main body of the document, a title, names and affiliations of all authors. We also require a postal address, telephone number and email address for at least one contact author. The font must be Times New Roman. Only the title must be in 24pt font and centered. The names and affiliations of all authors (including the details of the contact author) must be in 12pt font and centered. The rest of the text must be in 12pt and justified in two columns. Abstracts and papers should state clearly:

\r\n\r\n

(1)  The main objective of the paper.\r\n(2)  The key issues, “conversations” and/or literature that the paper    will address or draw upon.\r\n(3) The nature of any data, case-study material, reviews of   literature, etc.\r\n(4)  What has been found from preliminary analysis of any data.\r\n(5)  The intended/actual contribution of the paper to knowledge and practice in the field of eLearning.

There were 42 papers from 10 countries in the First International Conference on eLearning for Knowledge-Based Society in the year 2004, 36 papers form 8 countries in the Second Conference in the year 2005, 49 papers from 15 countries in Third Conference in the year 2006, 37 papers form 15 countries in the Fourth Conference in the year 2007, 46 papers from 15 countries in the Fifth Conference in the year 2008, 44 papers from 18 countries in the Sixth Conference in the year 2009, 73 papers from 29 countries in the Seventh Conference in the year 2010, and 94 papers from 22 countries in the Eighth Conference in the year 2011.

\r\n\r\n\r\n

Accepted papers will be published in the Special Issue of the International Journal of the Computer, the Internet and Management (IJCIM), www.ijcim.th.org, in e-form first and then printed form later.

\r\n\r\n

IJCIM has the Impact Factor of 5.46 in IndexCopernicus Journal Master List and is listed in the database of Thai Citation Index.
