To create a commitment to personnel within theorganizational. The first step in the enterprise, and sincerely hope that theresults will be beneficial to agencies. Or organizational involved more orless.

Commitment mayseem like a vague and intangible notion, but its value in today’s economy isdecidedly real and concrete (Accenture’s High-Performance Business Research, 2011). According to Wyatt(2002), totalreturn to shareholder (TRS)over a three-year period was 186%higher for those companies that had high levels of commitment compared to thosewith low levels of commitment. Commitment in organization has been shown toinfluence a variety of subordinates’ work attitude and behavior (Brockner etal., 1997). The concept of commitment has got significantimportance and has emerged as a prominent area of research in modern business. The importance of commitment is only likely to grow in view of continuedturbulent workplace environments (Ferres and Travaglione, 2003).Changingpattern of employment relationship characterized by fast changes in businessenvironment has affected employee commitment. The Institute of Leadership andManagement Index of Leadership Commitment (2009), based ona survey of 5,600 workers, report that a third of workersclaim that they have little or no commitment in senior managers. Commitment isstrategically significant for the organization’s increased productivity. It hasbeen observed that several organizations are not able to develop and / or maintainemployees’ commitment. Because of this several negative consequences ariseswhich may include low commitment and reduced innovative behavior among otherimportant organizational consequences.

Against this background, the presentstudy will investigate empirically, the level of Employer Association ofManagement Technology Development employees’ organizational commitment and its implications for the organizationdevelopment of the Association.
