FACTORS INFLUENCING SATISFACTION IN DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICE

QUALITY OF SUP-DISTRICT HOSPITAL FOR HEALTH  HANKA AT CHAI NAT PROVINCE

ABSTRACT

\r\n

The purposes of the study on factors influencing satisfaction in development of service quality of sub-district hospital for health improvement at Hanka district was to study work load factors in procession of sub-district hospital service quality development, which are personnel, responsible people, and service users;

        With regard to work load factors in procession of sub-district hospital service quality development, the research results showed that there were 4-6 personnel operating at sub-district hospital for health improvement. There were 6-10 villages under its responsibility. The populations in that area were 4,001-5,000 people and the yearly service users were up to 5,001 people.

        With regard to supporting factors from organization, the research results showed that most of activities received management support. For management support, there were clear policies for service quality development, and service quality work was set up in development plan, followed by additional material arrangement, and additional budget arrangement. Regarding personnel participant, most of employees are participated in operation such as participation in work improvement, participation in problem solving, participation in decision making, and goal setting. With regard to budget and material support, most of them received sufficient support and appropriate manpower respectively.

        With regard to motivation of personnel, in overall, work motivation was at high level. In particular, work success had highest mean value, followed by work characteristics, work operation relation, acceptance, and position advancement respectively. Personnel satisfaction, in overall, was at high level.
