The  Effective  Model of  Human Resource  Management

Of  Frozen Chicken  Industry  in the Northeast Region.

\r\nAbstract\r\n        The mixed method of quantitative and qualitative approaches was used in this research, which aimed to 1) explore the conditions and problems of human resource management Of  Frozen Chicken  Industry  in the Northeast Region.; 2) analyze the key factors affecting human resource management effectiveness Of  Frozen Chicken  Industry  in the Northeast Region. ; and 3) present an effective model of human resource management Of  Frozen Chicken  Industry in the Northeast Region. The research procedures and tools were as follows: the first step concerned the quantitative research in which the questionnaire was developed by means of the review of relevant documents and researches. Its validity was examined by 5 experts. Furthermore, 756 samples divided into 3 groups of executives, employees and customers were also surveyed. The statistics used in this study were the frequency, percentage, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis and factor analysis. The second step was the qualitative research involving the interview of 10 senior experts on the basis of the data obtained from the first step. According to the research results, it was revealed that 1) the opinions level of conditions and problems of human resource management in 9 aspects (HRM) were found among the executives and employees at high and moderate level, respectively. Meanwhile, the customers had a moderate level of conditions and problems related to 7 aspects of customer services (7P's); 2) there were 20 factors affecting human resource management effectiveness (HRM Effectiveness); and 3) the effective model of human resource management suited HRM Scorecard (HRMSC) model in 4 important perspectives: 1) HRM Financial Perspective (HRMFP), 2) HRM Customer Perspective (HRMCP) and 3) HRM Process Perspective (HRMPP) and 4) HRM Learning and Growth  Perspective (HRMLGP).\r\nThefull paper may be found inClick Download\r\n\r\n
